With a heart brimming with love for the practice and a deep-rooted belief that yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability, I invite you to explore the boundless potential of your body and mind. My teaching philosophy embraces the beauty of free movement and the wisdom of somatics, honoring the innate intelligence of the body to guide us towards greater freedom and expression.

I am currently teaching classes in North Norfolk, teaching styles include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hot yoga and Pregnancy.  At present  I teach regularly at The Seed based in Creake Abbey and Elements based at Little Massingham Manor.

Pregnancy 

Expecting a new arrival is a special journey that deserves dedicated care and attention. My pregnancy yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to support mothers-to-be through this transformative time.

 

With a focus on gentle movements, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques, these classes aim to nurture both the body and mind, promoting physical strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being.

 

Each session is tailored to accommodate the unique needs of pregnancy, offering safe and effective practices to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, and enhance the connection between mother and baby. 

Retreats & Festival 2024 

I will be running a retreat this year in Kent from the 20-23rd September 2024 with my dear friend and fellow yoga teacher Veronika Pongracz. 
 

Embark on a magical and rejuvenating journey with us in the beautiful Kentish countryside. It's time to embrace a slower pace and find the nourishment your body and soul crave after the high-energy months of summer.

Autumn beckons us to turn inwards, to reflect on our experiences, and to reignite our inspiration as we prepare for the restorative season ahead.

Together, we'll create a nurturing space to reconnect with your true desires. Through mindful movement, we'll realign our bodies, re-energize our spirits, and rediscover a sense of purpose and inspiration that will carry us through the autumnal journey ahead.

Alma Nova

Essential oils

I created Alma Nova as I wanted to share the benefits of using Essential Oils with friends and family. I started using oils as medicine when I returned from running a development programme in Ghana in 2017 as I had been very unwell during my time there. I found the healing benefits of different oil combinations hard to ignore and my health and general wellbeing improved dramatically in such areas as sleep, skin, and mental health to name just  a few. 

 

I also love to use oils alongside my practice and teaching as I find they go hand in hand. All the oils I use in my classes and in Alma Nova products are completely natural and vegan.

(Please note I do use nut oils as carrier oil for my product so if you are allergic please let me know and I will use an alternative). 

 

Prices: Per single roll-on £12, 2 for £20 or 3 for £28
